Not sure where to start? You don’t have to do it all at once.
Try these gentle steps to reset your routine:

🗓️ Pick 2 “anchor” days each week for movement. Start small—then build from there.
🧘 Choose classes that match your energy today, not some “ideal” version of yourself. Private Sessions are best for this.
🛏️ Make rest a priority—recovery is part of progress.
🤝 Ask for support. Our instructors are here to help you adapt, grow, and feel confident.
📣 Celebrate small wins. Consistency is a win. Showing up is a win. Saying “that’s enough for today” is a win too.
