Package Expiration Policy
All 5 session packages are valid for 2 months and 10 session packages are valid for 4 months from the date of the original purchase. The Pilates Movement is very strict about enforcing expiration dates. We will try our best to let you know when your package is about to expire but please keep track of this yourself as well. All packages are non refundable, however you may transfer your remaining sessions or classes to another student.
If you have purchased a package and will be unable to attend your sessions, you will be able to freeze a package for up to 6 months from the date you ask for the freeze. A freeze will be granted to those who will not be able to attend Pilates due to an illness, injury, major life change etc. They must be requested in writing (an email is acceptable).
Please respect our 24 hour cancellation policy. As a “by appointment only” business, this 24 hour cancellation policy is essential to our survival. If you need a copy of our policies to review, we will be more than happy to give you one. If you fail to cancel your appointment before 24 hours of your scheduled appointment you will be charged.
Cancellations for Standing Appointments
The Pilates Movement requests that all cancellations be made through email or through your account online when possible to avoid confusion and therefore to have a record of your cancellation. Cancellations given to an instructor at any point during a session will not be accepted.
Credit Card Number on File Policy
The Pilates Movement is now requiring a credit card on file for all booked sessions and classes. This must be a number that we can charge in the event that you do not show up for your appointment. If you have a current 10 card, the session will be deducted from that package. If you late cancel or no show on your scheduled appointment we will charge the number on file if there is no current package.
