Pre-Purchased Services Expiration Policy
All pre-purchased services are non-refundable. You may transfer your pre-purchased plan to another student or to our virtual platform.
Cancellation Policy
Please respect our 24 hour cancellation policy. As a “by appointment only” business, this 24 hour cancellation policy is essential to our survival. If you need a copy of our policies to review, we will be more than happy to give you one. If you fail to cancel your appointment before 24 hours of your scheduled appointment you will be charged.You may change your appointment within 24 hours to the same teacher if they have an available time. If you change teachers with less than 24 hours notice you will be responsible for the cost of both appointments.
Cancellations for Standing Appointments
Standing appointments means you have the same appointment time and day each week. If you cancel for a 30-day period for any reason, we do not hold onto spots for anyone gone for more 4 weeks. The Pilates Movement reserves the right to give your standing appointment to another student. The Pilates Movement located on the upper east side, requests that all cancellations be made through email or through your account online when possible to avoid confusion and therefore to have a record of your cancellation. Cancellations given to an instructor at any point during a session will not be accepted.
Credit Card Number on File Policy
The Pilates Movement requires a credit card on file for all booked sessions and classes. This must be a number that we can charge in the event that you do not show up for your appointment. If you have sessions on account, the session will be deducted from that plan. If you late cancel or no show on your scheduled appointment we will charge the number on file if there is no current package.
