Our virtual livestream group mat classes continue to remain very popular! Whether you’re at home, traveling, or just want to skip the commute, you can still stay consistent with your movement practice.
Virtual livestream is a great option when you are sick and shouldn’t come into the studio. You can still workout at home with us live, online!
🧘♀️ What to Expect:
- Live instruction and real-time feedback. In livestream classes, instructors can see participants (if cameras are on) and offer corrections, encouragement, and adjustments on the spot. That live connection makes the class feel more personal and effective than prerecorded videos.
- A welcoming group vibe from the comfort of your space. Virtual livestreams often run at different times throughout the day — early morning, lunch break, evenings — so people can fit Pilates into their routines without needing to commute to a gym or studio.
- Core, mobility, and mindfulness all rolled into one. Often it’s easier to focus when you are home and alone as you do not get distracted by other people in the room. You can truly focus on just YOU!
- Motivation and Accountability. Signing up for a livestream class gives a set time commitment and often a class roster — which many find motivates them to show up and stick with their fitness goals more consistently than solo workouts.
