Kristia has a passion for dance, movement, and living a functional and healthy lifestyle. She first started taking Pilates classes in 2014 as a way to keep her body moving while dealing with a knee issue that had developed over the years from dance and fitness training. After a few classes, she noticed how beneficial Pilates was to her overall strength and wellness. Kristia pursued her passion and received her Pilates certification through Core Pilates NYC.
