If you have a flexible schedule and are able to book in random days/times depending on what becomes available, great. Duet & Trio Sessions
Train with a friend while still receiving individualized attention and clear corrections. Duet and trio sessions give you the support and accountability of working together without losing the focused guidance your body needs.
Small Group Classes
Train with up to three people in a small group class using the Reformer, mat, barrels, and small props. Get structure and consistency without crowded classes, plus real corrections to build strength and prevent old movement habits.

- A full-system approach to Pilates training. We are not a reformer studio. We teach the Authentic Pilates method as developed by Joseph Pilates using the full system, including the mat, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, Ped-o-Pul, Arm Chair, Tower, Barrels and Reformer. Our UES Pilates studio is fully equipped with Gratz Pilates apparatus. Gratz equipment is engineered to match Joseph Pilates’ original specifications for effective, classical training. This kind of training helps you build balanced strength, better posture, more flexibility, and control that carries into daily life.
- You can choose the level of support that fits you. Some people need private sessions. Some do well in a small group. We offer both, so you can start where you feel comfortable and get the kind of support that makes sense for you. We also offer virtual private sessions and mat classes for when you are traveling or if you would like to add an extra session without leaving your home.
- Pilates for rehabilitation and specialty populations. Many of our teachers specialize in Pilates for rehabilitation, specialty and chronic conditions including, but not limited to back pain, herniated discs, spinal stenosis, osteoporosis, scoliosis and more. We also offer pre- and postnatal private Pilates training as well as specialized programming for clients after a hip, knee, or shoulder replacement.
