Vanessa has been on the Pilates path since 2005 and received her teaching certificate from The Pilates Center. Through Pilates, she has discovered improvements in flexibility, posture, and abdominal strength and decreases in back, neck, and joint pain. A classical dancer since childhood, it is Vanessa’s deepest pleasure to integrate what she learns and bring that to her Pilates lessons. Vanessa will help you build long, lean muscles with flexibility and strength as well as emerge clearer about the life you are living.
