VERONICA WOLFE discovered pilates at a young age. As a competitive skier, she used pilates to rehabilitate from various skiing injuries and it became her preventative strengthening program of choice. While in college, she found her love of Pilates and began instructor training with the goal to get even more out of every sessions. In 2012, she completed the comprehensive Balanced Body Pilates Instructor Training Program in New Jersey and has been teaching ever since.  Veronica joined the staff at The Pilates Movement in July 2017.
